Jon Khan (Ph.D. Candidate at Osgoode Hall Law School) is researching ways to improve Canada’s legal system.

So far, Jon’s research suggests that a possible way to improve Canada’s legal system is by better understanding the experience of individuals in it—including litigants.

To better understand the experience of litigants, Jon is asking litigants to take an anonymous survey. The survey takes 7-9 minutes and covers two subjects:

  1. accessing information about what occurs in Canadian courts and about Canadian judges; and
  2. judicial decisions & judicial decision-making.
