PATHS will be offering our Understanding the Dynamics of Domestic Violence for Family Law Practitioners training online in May 2022.

The training will take place over 4 mornings (8 a.m.- noon, Saskatchewan time, 7 am in Yukon), Monday, May 16- Thursday, May 19. The training is $350. See the full agenda and register here: https://pathssk.org/events/ (Registration is also open for sessions in spring and fall 2022.)

This training will provide an overview of the dynamics of domestic violence (also known as intimate partner violence) in the context of separation, divorce, and child custody/access (parenting time) for family law practitioners.

This training qualifies for 15 hours of Continuing Professional Development credits with the Law Society of Saskatchewan and the Law Society of British Columbia and CEE points with ADR Saskatchewan. (Alberta, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, and Yukon lawyers: consider including this course as a CPD learning activity in your annual Continuing Professional Development Plan.)

The training will be held using Zoom. A link and password will be sent out to registered participants prior to the training.
