Law Society of YukonThis is to advise that the Law Society of Yukon Annual General Meeting will be held Thursday, May 28, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. at the Gold Rush Inn (General Store Meeting Room).
Executive Elections for the Society will be held Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at 1:00 p.m.
The Society is carefully monitoring the COVID-19 public health risk and will assess in early May whether any precautions are required in order to proceed with the AGM on May 28, 2020 based on public health recommendations, or if the meeting will need to be postponed.
As the election is conducted by mail, it will proceed on May 27, 2020 as scheduled. Ballots will be circulated 20 days before election day and must be returned by noon May 27, 2020.
